Dental emergencies rarely happen at a convenient time. A tooth that starts throbbing on a Friday evening, a crown that comes off before a meeting, a child who takes a knock at the pool — all of them need someone who can see you today, not next week.
Hey Dental keeps emergency slots open every day at our clinic on the 1st floor of Goldcrest Executive, Cluster C, Jumeirah Lakes Towers. We are a short walk from DMCC Metro station and minutes from Dubai Marina, JBR and Barsha Heights, so you can reach us quickly whether you live in JLT or work in the surrounding towers. Call us and in most cases we will see you the same day. If the pain is severe, tell our reception team when you call so we can prioritise your appointment.
Our JLT clinic is set up so that diagnosis and treatment can happen in the same visit. Low-dose digital X-rays and intra-oral scanning let us see exactly what is going on within minutes, and our surgeries are stocked for extractions, root canal treatment, temporary and permanent restorations and abscess drainage. That means most patients leave the practice out of pain on the day they arrive, with a clear plan and a written estimate for anything that still needs finishing.
We treat adults and children, and our dentists speak English, Arabic, Hindi and Urdu. If you are new to us, no referral is needed — just call, message us on WhatsApp, or book online.
While you are on your way to us, a few things genuinely help. For a knocked-out adult tooth, hold it by the crown (never the root), rinse it gently in milk and either slot it back into the socket or keep it in a cup of milk. For a broken tooth, rinse with warm salt water and keep the fragment if you can find it. For swelling, a cold compress on the outside of the cheek for ten minutes at a time will reduce it.
Take your usual painkiller as directed on the packet, and avoid putting aspirin directly on the gum — it burns the tissue. If you have facial swelling that is spreading towards the eye or throat, difficulty swallowing or breathing, or a fever, treat it as a medical emergency and go to your nearest hospital.
Because we sit in Cluster C of Jumeirah Lakes Towers, we are one of the closest emergency dental options for people living or working in JLT, Dubai Marina, JBR, Al Barsha Heights, Tecom and the DMCC free-zone towers. DMCC Metro station is a few minutes on foot, and there is paid parking in Goldcrest Executive and the surrounding clusters.
Evening and weekend appointments are available, which matters when a problem starts after work or over the weekend. If you are unsure whether what you have counts as an emergency, call us and describe it — our team will tell you honestly whether you need to be seen today or whether it can safely wait for a routine appointment.
An emergency examination includes a consultation, the X-rays needed to make a diagnosis and immediate pain relief. We will tell you the cost of that visit before you sit in the chair, and if further treatment is needed you get a written estimate before anything starts. We work with most major UAE insurers and offer 0% instalment plans for larger treatment, so a dental emergency does not have to become a financial one.
In pain right now? Call +971 4 450 8717 or message us on WhatsApp. The sooner we see you, the simpler — and usually the cheaper — the treatment.
