One clinic for the whole family
At Hey Dental, family dentistry means one clinic that can look after everyone in your household, from a toddler’s first check-up to a grandparent’s implant maintenance. We see children, teenagers, adults and older patients, so you can book the family into back-to-back appointments instead of travelling across Dubai to different practices.
Our focus is prevention: thorough examinations, professional cleaning, fluoride and sealants for children, early detection of decay and gum disease, and honest advice about what needs treating and what can safely be watched.

We don’t offer direct billing: you pay us, and we complete your insurance claim form and provide the reports your insurer needs. Interest-free instalments through Tabby or Mamo (AED 300 service charge) can spread the cost of larger treatment.
Your first visit
Your first appointment is a full assessment rather than a rushed look:
- History. Your medical and dental history, any concerns and what you would like from your care.
- Examination. Teeth, gums, bite and soft tissues, with X-rays only where they will change the decision.
- Clean. A professional scale and polish, with practical advice for your routine.
- Your plan. A clear explanation of what we found, what is urgent and what is optional, with a written estimate.
New patients are welcome without a referral, and our team speaks English, Hindi, Urdu and conversational Arabic. If you have recently moved to Dubai and have records from a previous dentist, bring what you have and we will work from it.
How often should you have a check-up?
Most adults and children do well with a check-up and clean every six months. Some people need more frequent hygiene visits, for example during orthodontic treatment, with implants, during pregnancy or with a history of gum disease. Others with very low risk can go a little longer. We recommend an interval based on your mouth, not a fixed rule.
Children’s dentistry in the same clinic
We recommend a child’s first dental visit by their first birthday, or when the first teeth appear, so the clinic feels familiar long before anything needs doing. Early visits are short and friendly. As children grow, we monitor the adult teeth coming through, seal the molars most likely to decay and flag orthodontic issues early, when they are simpler to correct. Appointments that fit around work and school
We are open seven days, with evening appointments until 8pm Monday to Thursday and weekend appointments on Friday, Saturday and Sunday. That is usually what decides whether a family keeps up with six-monthly check-ups. We are on the 1st floor of Goldcrest Executive in JLT Cluster C, a short walk from DMCC Metro and a few minutes from Dubai Marina, Jumeirah Park, Jumeirah Islands, Emirates Hills and Barsha Heights.
