Dr Samra Khalid grew up in Nairobi, Kenya, and studied Biochemistry at the University of Ottawa in Canada before qualifying in dentistry at Manipal University in India.
She went on to complete a postgraduate diploma in Endodontics with the British Academy of Restorative Dentistry, and a postgraduate diploma in Advanced Aesthetic Dentistry. She is also an Invisalign provider. Her particular interests are root canal treatment, cosmetic dentistry and helping patients keep their own teeth healthy for life.
Patients appreciate her gentle, unhurried manner, which makes her a good fit for anyone who feels nervous about the dentist. Outside the clinic, Dr Samra has taken part in community outreach programmes promoting oral health in rural Kenya and India.
