We handle personal and health information in line with the laws of the United Arab Emirates, including the Personal Data Protection Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021), Federal Law No. 2 of 2019 on the use of information and communication technology in health fields, and the requirements of the Dubai Health Authority (DHA).

What we collect
- Booking and enquiry details you give us through our website, by phone, WhatsApp or email: your name, email address, phone number, the treatment you are interested in and any message you send.
- Patient and health information once you become a patient: your medical and dental history, examination notes, X-rays and scans, photographs, treatment plans, insurance details and payment records.
- Website usage information collected by cookies and similar technologies: pages visited, device and browser type, approximate location, and the advert or search that brought you to us (including Google’s click identifier, GCLID).
How we use it
- To respond to your enquiry, arrange and confirm appointments, and send reminders.
- To provide safe dental care, keep clinical records and meet our legal and DHA obligations.
- To process payments and insurance claims.
- To understand how our website and advertising perform, so we can improve them. We measure enquiries and bookings; we do not use your health information for advertising.
- To send you information about our services, only where you have agreed. You can opt out at any time.
We process your information because it is needed to provide the care or service you asked for, to meet our legal obligations, with your consent, or for our legitimate interest in running and improving the clinic.
Cookies, analytics and advertising
Our website uses Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics 4 and Google Ads, and may use the Meta (Facebook and Instagram) Pixel and similar advertising tags, to measure visits and enquiries and to show our adverts to people who have visited our site. These services set cookies and receive information about your visit. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and manage advertising preferences at Google Ad Settings and in your Meta account settings. We do not show third-party advertising on our website.
Who we share it with
We never sell your information. We share it only when needed: with your insurer (for claims you ask us to submit), with dental laboratories and specialists involved in your treatment, with the Dubai Health Authority and other authorities where the law requires it, and with service providers who run our website, booking, email, messaging and payment systems under confidentiality obligations. Patient health records are stored within the UAE as required by UAE health data law.
How long we keep it
Clinical records are kept for the period required by UAE health law and DHA rules, which is at least 25 years from the last treatment. Enquiries that do not lead to an appointment are deleted within 24 months. Analytics data is kept for up to 14 months.
Your rights
You can ask to access a copy of your information, correct it, restrict or object to certain uses, withdraw consent to marketing, or ask us to delete information we are not legally required to keep. Email [email protected] and we will respond within 30 days. If you are not satisfied, you may contact the UAE Data Office or the Dubai Health Authority.
Security
Our website uses encrypted connections (HTTPS). Access to patient records is limited to authorised clinic staff, and our systems are protected with access controls and backups.
Children
We treat children with the consent of a parent or guardian, who manages their information on their behalf. Our website is not directed at children.
