How quickly will you confirm my appointment?
Our reception team confirms by WhatsApp or phone, usually within the hour during opening times. If you are in pain, call +971 4 450 8717 instead so we can find you a same-day slot.
Can I choose which dentist I see?
Yes. Choose a dentist in the form, or pick 'No preference' and we will offer the first available appointment with the right dentist for your treatment. Braces and complex orthodontic cases are led by Dr Urmi Mazumder, our specialist orthodontist, and wisdom teeth and other oral surgery by Dr Tina Hirani, our consultant oral surgeon.
How much does a first visit cost?
A check-up and clean starts from AED 300. The Invisalign consultation and digital scan is complimentary, and a smile makeover consultation is AED 300. Until 31 December 2026 the specialist orthodontic consultation is half price.
What happens at my first appointment?
Your dentist examines your teeth, gums and bite, takes X-rays only if they are needed, and talks you through what they find. If you need treatment, they explain your options and the cost before anything starts.
I'm nervous about the dentist. Can you help?
Yes. Tell us when you book. We go at your pace, explain each step before we do it, and are used to looking after nervous patients.
Do you see children?
Yes. We recommend a first visit when your child's first tooth appears, or by their first birthday, and an orthodontic check around age 7.
How can I pay?
Interest-free instalment plans are available. We don't offer direct insurance billing, but we complete your claim paperwork and provide the reports your insurer needs.
